Waiters bow - with stick (bilateral leg)

Take a dowel or broomstick, and hold it against your buttocks, upper back and the back of your head.
Your legs should be hips with apart.
Tighten your buttock and abdominal muscles.
Lean forward from your hips.
The stick should remain in contact with your buttocks, upper back and back of your head.
You're knees may need to soften a little to allow this movement.
Ensure you keep your abdominal muscles tightened.
Control your balance as you return to the starting position and repeat.
