TRX push-up with pike

Kneel down underneath the TRX and hook your feet into the straps, ensuring your toes face the floor.
Place your palms on the floor underneath your shoulders and lift your knees ups, obtaining a straight line from your head to your feet.
Lower your body down towards the floor, bending your elbows in towards your sides.
Push your body back up to the start positioning, straightening your elbows,.
Simultaneously perform a pike, keeping your legs straight and using your core muscles to pull your feet in towards your shoulders, lifting your hips up and pulling your legs into a jackknife position.
Control the movement as you lower your legs back to start position to repeat the exercise.
