Triceps Curl

Lie on your back on a bench. Hold a barbell with straight arms, palms facing downwards (pronated grip) and shoulder width apart.

Keep your elbows still and in a controlled manner let your elbows bend near to 90 degrees. Straighten your elbows back to the starting position.
