Thoracic rotation in four point kneeling
Kneel down on all fours.
Slowly lower one shoulder down so that your elbow bends and your upper back twists, dropping your shoulder and turning your head.
Maintain good control of your lower back and come back up to the starting position.
Continue in a smooth and controlled movement, changing sides as your progress.
Try to increase how far you twist with each movement.
