Side-lying thoracic rotation

Lie on your side with your legs bent.
Keep you lower arm straightened forwards in front of you and top arm bent, hand on your head.
Keep your knees together throughout the movement.
Rotate through your upper back, turning to look behind you by moving your top elbow towards the floor behind you.
Hold the stretch briefly then return to the starting position.
