Seated small arm circles - backwards

Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Lift your arms out to the sides, keeping your elbows straight.
Begin drawing small circles in the air with your hands, moving your arms back and down, then forward and up.
Vary the circle size from a golf ball to a tennis ball, and adjust the speed as advised by your practitioner.
