Resistance Band Shoulder Internal Rotation

Firmly attach an exercise band high behind you. Stand tall with one foot slightly in front of the other, holding an exercise band in one hand. Lift your arm to the side, close to horizontal and slightly in front of the body. Bend the elbow.

Keep the elbow in place and move your hand forwards (shoulder internal rotation) against the resistance from the band. Then, in a controlled manner, let the arm return to the starting position.
