Backward rocking in quadruped

Get in the hands and knees position.
Relax your thoracic spine by letting your chest drop toward the floor.
Let your lumbar spine relax to a flat position.
Push back with your hands as you rock backward moving in the hips only.
Do not let your pelvis tilt or your back bow outward as you rock.
