Quadriceps Stretch Standing

Stand on one leg and support yourself if needed.

Grasp your ankle. Straighten your hip and pull the heel close to your buttocks so that you feel a stretch in the front of your thigh. Increase the stretch by tilting your pelvis backward.

Note: The thigh you stretch should be in line with the thigh of the leg you stand on. Don't let the hip bend or the leg go out to the side.
