Prone quad stretch with strap - version 2

Place the strap around your foot and lie face down.
Place the support leg as far forward as possible.
Pull on the strap, bringing your heel towards your buttocks
You should feel a stretch in the front of your thigh.
Stretch, press against the strap and stretch again.
