Bilateral hip flexion stretch, circles in supine

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
Bring one knee, and then the other in towards your chest.
Use your arms to assist this movement, either behind your thighs, or around your shins.
Holding this position, circle your knees one way and then the other.
