Hip flexion stretch in supine

Lie on your back with both legs straight.
Bring one leg in towards your chest.
Place your hands either behind your thighs or around your knee to help with this movement as you hug your knee into your chest.
Ensure your other leg remains straight and you do not twist your body.
Maintain relaxed, steady breathing throughout.
Hold this position.
