Sit down on the floor, then move your body to one side from the hips.
Move into a kneeling position on your hands and knees, tucking your toes under your feet.
Lean forward, rising slightly and slide one leg forward, so the knee is under your chest with your foot flat on the floor.
Then leaning back and straightening up slightly, bring your hands forward and place them on both thighs.
Use this as a fulcrum to raise your upper body until your back is straight.
Raise your gaze and look straight ahead keeping your head and neck level.
Now push firmly through your foot and hand to stand upright.
