Prone active elbow extension with weight

Lie face down on a bed with your affected arm close the the edge holding a weight in your hand.
Lower your hand, allowing your elbow to bend but keeping your upper arm on the bed.
Gradually straighten your elbow out to return back to the start position.
Relax and repeat.
