Cable machine single arm triceps push-down

Ensure the pulley is at its highest point.
Grasp the handle with one hand and take the strain of the weight.
Keep your elbow bent and pull the handle down until your forearm is parallel with the floor.
Maintain a good posture and then push the handle downwards until your arms is straight.
Pause for a second before you allow the weight to return to the starting position.
