Single-arm bench supported dumbbell row

Stand next to a bench holding a dumbbell in one hand.
Place your other hand and same side knee on the bench, whilst keeping your back long and let the dumbbell hang towards the floor.
Then slide your shoulder blade towards your spine and down towards your buttock and bring your elbow back.
The dumbbell should end up to the side of your rib cage.
Lower the weight back to the starting position and repeat.
