Alternate leg extension sitting on a stability ball
Sit upright on a stability ball.
Place your feet flat on the floor with your knees and hips are bent to 90 degrees.
Gently tighten you tummy muscle and pull your shoulder blades back and down.
Without moving your trunk slowly lift one foot up and straighten your knee.
Place it back down into the start position and repeat with the other leg.
Required equipment: Mat, Stability Ball, Ball - large
